You may not be able to start your content for the following reasons:
- Your Internet connection might be insufficient for the streaming
To stream content you will require a steady Internet connection speed of 1 Mbps or higher, depending on the quality. To verify if you can’t start content because of your connection, you can measure you Internet connection speed by using free programs you can find online or on your device. - Browsers and Operating systems might not be supported (only on website)
Make sure that the Browsers and Operating systems of the devices you are using support the vision of ITsART content. These are the minimum requirements:

- Firmware not updated (only on Smart TV)
The firmware is the software installed on your Smart TV that is periodically updated from the manufacturers in order to enhance the performance of the TV. Not always the update is automatic and a firmware not up to date might stop the vision of the content. LEARN HOW to verify the firmware version of your TV and how to update it.
