If you received a Gift Card, to activate it:
- visit the itsart.tv website, click on the profile icon (in the top right corner) and enter the "Do you have a code?" section.
- log in to our website.
The promotional value will be added automatically in the PERSONAL AREA - MY GIFT CARDS section of your profile.
To rent and/or purchase with your Gift Card:
- visit the PERSONAL AREA - MY GIFT CARDS section of your account
- click on SEE CONTENT and choose the titles that you want to watch within the ones offered, in the quality and buying option (rental/purchase) included with the Gift Card you received.
- add it to your cart and confirm the order selecting the Gift Card as payment method.
Once the order is completed, you will find your chosen content in the PERSONAL AREA - MY PURCHASES section of all your devices.
The Gift Card must be activated and used within the expiring dates indicated in the communications in which you received it.
